The Outlander GPS tracker is our bestselling tracker and one of our favorite products. It's small, simple to use, and provides detailed information about the location of your vehicle or asset.

Just place the tracker on a car, truck, boat, or other asset, log in through the website or app, and you can see its entire location history.

With the Outlander, you'll know everywhere it went, when it arrived, and when it left. It’s so user-friendly that you’ll be up and running in less than five minutes without needing to read the manual.

The Outlander fits easily inside a car’s glove box, center console, back pockets, or under a passenger seat.

For external placement, use the Outlander magnetic case to secure it underneath the car and protect it from the weather. This case allows you to attach the tracker to the steel bar in the car’s bumpers.

Many customers also use the Outlander to safeguard tools, important machinery, or even outdoor televisions from theft.

How It Works

Once you receive your Outlander tracker, set up your GPS account with us by scanning the included QR code. You can log in via the iPhone/Android app or our GPS website, which looks just like Google Maps.

The map system zooms in on the car, showing the exact address, when the car last moved, and the remaining battery life. When the car is moving, the map updates every 60 seconds with the new location.

To see the car’s travel history, use the calendar on the left side of the screen to pick a date and view all the places the car has been, including exact addresses. You can generate detailed reports for up to 90 days. You can also set up app or email notifications to get geofence alerts, like when the car is turned on or enters/leaves a specific area.

The Outlander is motion-activated, so it conserves power when the car is stopped, extending its tracking time. The built-in battery typically lasts for a few weeks before needing a recharge.

When you get alerts that the battery is running low, remove the device and recharge it using the included USB cable and power adapter.

Contact Us First

Please, do not send us anything without first contacting us! It’s very difficult on our customer care team when we get packages that we’re not expecting. They usually have no name, order number, or reason for return.

We’re not mind readers, unfortunately, so please get in touch with us first!

Make sure that when you send us a return you include everything that was sent to you, including packaging and accessories. They also need to be in original condition. Once your return is received, we’ll issue a full credit on your card. If it’s an exchange, we’ll ship out the replacement product.

If you return your product without first contacting us and getting an RMA, or your return does not meet the conditions above, a 15% fee will be deducted from your refund.
