The Recon is about the size of a small brick, but not as heavy, making it our largest tracker due to its large battery and built in magnet. Despite its size, it fits conveniently in places like near the car's bumper or side compartment, on trailers, or attached to large toolboxes.

Its built-in magnets let it securely attach to a car’s underside, while the IP-66 weatherproof rating insures it against in cold, wet conditions.

Our trackers operate on the AT&T 4G LTE network, which has pretty extensive coverage in the USA.

How It Works

When you get your Recon tracker, set up your GPS account by scanning the QR code inside the box. Next, you'll download our GPS app.

Log in from any phone, tablet, or computer to see your tracker’s location in real-time. The tracking interface uses Google Maps, giving you exact locations and addresses.

The Recon updates every 60 seconds by default when it’s moving, showing the vehicle's movements on a map in near real-time, along with remaining battery life and the last movement time. Use the calendar feature to pick any date/time and view the tracking history, showing every place the vehicle has visited in the last 90 days.

Create zones on Google Maps with geofencing, and get text or email alerts when the tracker enters or leaves these zones. This helps you keep an eye on your car's movements to make sure it stays where it should. Our reporting section saves the last 90 days of activity, including start/stop times, speed, driving behavior, and mileage, giving you detailed tracking insights.

The Recon’s built-in motion sensor saves battery life by entering sleep mode when it’s not moving. The rechargeable battery offers roughly 3 months of tracking. If the vehicle drives about 3 hours a day, the Recon lasts about 100 days before needing a recharge.

Contact Us First

Please, do not send us anything without first contacting us! It’s very difficult on our customer care team when we get packages that we’re not expecting. They usually have no name, order number, or reason for return.

We’re not mind readers, unfortunately, so please get in touch with us first!

Make sure that when you send us a return you include everything that was sent to you, including packaging and accessories. They also need to be in original condition. Once your return is received, we’ll issue a full credit on your card. If it’s an exchange, we’ll ship out the replacement product.

Better than expected
It is easy to attach to a vehicle. When using in a clandestine operation speed of installation is very important. Magnets are very strong so it stays in place. Real time location is great.
