We offer a 30-day, money back guarantee on most of our items. Should you want to return or exchange your order, simply get in touch with us within 30-days of ordering and we’ll begin the return process. A list of items that are exempt can be found at the bottom of this page.
Contact Us First
Please, do not send us anything without first contacting us! It’s very difficult on our customer care team when we get packages that we’re not expecting. They usually have no name, order number, or reason for return.
We’re not mind readers, unfortunately, so please get in touch with us first!
Make sure that when you send us a return you include everything that was sent to you, including packaging and accessories. They also need to be in original condition. Once your return is received, we’ll issue a full credit on your card. If it’s an exchange, we’ll ship out the replacement product.
If you return your product without first contacting us and getting an RMA, or your return does not meet the conditions above, a 15% fee will be deducted from your refund.
Items That Aren’t Refundable:
Some of our items aren’t refundable. The reason is unfortunate - we've had customers out there who buy from us to quickly to get the answers they want, and then return the items to get a refund. The product, it solved their problem, and now they don’t want it anymore.
It's an underhanded tactic that’s difficult to fight, and we can’t stay in business by being a rental company. Because of this, we aren’t able to offer refunds on the following products:

Do I need the passcode on the phone to use this product?
Yes, if there's a passcode on the phone, you'll need it in order to pull any information off the phone. No passcode means no access.
How many times can I use it?
This product can be used as many times as you like, on as many phones as you like. There's no limit on how often you can use it.
Do I plug this USB stick into the phone?
No, this is a computer application that runs once you plug the USB drive into a Windows PC.
Am I guaranteed to get deleted data?
No, this is a 'best shot' at recovering deleted data. The odds of success depend on a number of factors, like what percentage of the phone's storage is being used and how long it's been since it was deleted.
How does it get deleted info?
When you delete something from your Android, it isn’t truly gone. The data is still there, just hidden from view, much like when you move a file to the Recycle Bin on your PC. You can still recover it if needed. For example, if your Android has 100GB of memory and you’re using only 30GB, you could have up to 70GB of hidden, deleted data. That’s a lot of texts and photos you might not know about. Even 1GB of deleted data can hold a substantial amount of information.

This item works pretty well. I used it on a Samsung Galaxy S5. It worked for extracting pictures, videos, but not great on the websites visited or deleted messages. I’m still trying to figure it out and will update my review. I would definitely recommend this product.
